How to get to Kvitnes
FLY TO EVENES
Travel on by bus to Sortland, or by car all the way there.
FLY TO STOKMARKNES
Via Bodø, continue by bus to Sortland or drive all the way there.
FLY TO OTHERS
Via Tromsø or Bodø and onwards by bus to Sortland, or by car all the way there.
BUS FROM SORTLAND
Take the bus to Kaljord, tell the bus driver that you are going to Kvitnes and he will let you know when to get off. The bus stop is located approximately on the farm.
CYCLING FROM SORTLAND
It's a very nice trip from Sortland to Kvitnes by bike. The trip is about 45 km and on the way you will experience magnificent scenery and build up your appetite in a perfect way.
BY BOAT
We have a 20 meter long floating jetty down on the quay you can moor at when you visit us.
It is 5m deep at low tide.
BY CAR
From Svolvær: Approx. 2 hours.
From Sortland Approx. 45 minutes.
From Evenes: Approx. 2 hours.
From Andenes: Approx. 2 hours and 30 minutes.
