You will experience where you are and what time of year it is. Each season has its own unique seasons and micro-seasons, each with its own ingredients and flavors. We combine old traditional techniques with modern methods to highlight these flavors.
We are proud of the Northern Norwegian food culture, history, craftsmanship and art – all of this you can experience with us. Arrive at the farm in the early afternoon, join a tour, and see how we produce our ingredients. Afterwards, you can taste the results of the work we have done in the fields, in the barn, in the cellar and in the kitchen.
Stay in one of our unique rooms and enjoy a breakfast made from ingredients that have been with us from seed to birth, all the way until you get to taste the result.
